CMCOG to Host Transportation Planning Meetings in Richland (Aug. 17) and Fairfield (Aug. 19)

COLUMBIA / WINNSBORO — The Central Midlands Council of Governments (CMCOG) has scheduled public information meetings in August to gather input on the “Elevate 2050” Long Range Transportation Plan Update.

The meetings will focus on regional infrastructure planning through the year 2050, including road improvements, public transit, cycling, and pedestrian access. Residents are invited to review current proposals and provide feedback on regional transportation priorities.
