BLYTHEWOOD – The Bengals rallied in Tuesday night’s game at Clover, but the Blue Eagles pulled away late in a 3-2 win over Blythewood.
Lily Zell took the loss for Blythewood. She pitched six innings, surrendering three runs (two earned) on four hits. She struck out four and walked three.
Keely Hughes batted 3-3 with an RBI double in the fifth to tie the game. Ashley Duncan also had an RBI double.
Blythewood hosts Rock Hill tonight at 7:30 p.m.
