Our high hopes for our new council are beginning to tarnish due to inaction.
We need experienced, professional help to address an extensive list of pressing issues.
After almost four months, we have still not posted for the position of a county administrator.
We must, MUST take action on building a wastewater treatment plant that can be completed in about two years with the $41 million we have. When are we going to do that?
Our financials are seriously flawed and continue to worsen.
When is our audit going to be ready? April is half gone.
Are we working toward better pay for our life-saving emergency departments – fire service, sheriff’s office, etc.?
We must reverse the mass exit of our experienced county department heads.
This county desperately needs leadership to step up… now!
