Allen and Stanley Graves, and, or if they be dead, their Child or Children, heirs at law, devisees, executors, administrators, legal representatives, or distributes of his estate; and all other persons unknown to the Plaintiff herein having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in or lien upon the premises herein mentioned and described, as heirs at law, devisees, grantees, successors, assigns or otherwise, all such unknown adult persons being in a class designated as John Doe and any unknown infants or persons under legal disability or persons in the military service of the United States being designated as Richard Roe,

TO THE DEFENDANTS ABOVE-NAMED:
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to answer the Complaint herein, a copy of which is herewith served upon you, and to serve a copy of your Answer to said Complaint on the subscriber at Post Office Box 1006, Winnsboro, South Carolina 29180, within thirty (30) days from the service thereof, exclusive of the date of such service; and if you fail to answer the Complaint within the time aforesaid, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.

YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the original Summons and Complaint in the above entitled action were filed in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Fairfield County on September 10, 2019.
LIS PENDENS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN than an action has been commenced by the Plaintiff above named against the Defendants above named to quiet title to the following described premises, said real estate, being at the time of the filing of this Lis Pendens, situate in the County of Fairfield, State of South Carolina, and described as follows, to-wit:
All that certain piece, parcel or plantation of land, lying, being and situate in the County of Fairfield, State aforesaid, containing two hundred (200) acres, more or less, and being bounded by lands, now or formerly, of Alice Harper, Hunter lands, Gilliam lands, lands of Floyd Davis and Killingsworth lands, and having such shape, marks and boundaries as will more fully appear upon plat of survey made by H. Edmunds, Surveyor on the 17th day of January, 1893, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Fairfield County January 17, 1893, in Book AN of Deeds at page 342. This was a part of the Wyatt Davis Tract.
Being the identical property conveyed to Lucy Adams, for and during the term of her natural life and after her death to such child or children as she may leave living at the time of her death to them, and their heirs and assigns forever, by deed of Winnie Davis recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Fairfield County February 6, 1893, in Book of Deeds “AN” at page 341.
LESS: All that certain parcel or tract of land, lying, being and situate on both
sides of Little Dutchman’s Creek, in Fairfield County, in the State aforesaid, containing by estimate forty-seven (47) acres, more or less; bounded on the north by the old dirt road across which lie lands of the Estate of Preston Paulding, deceased, formerly of Killingworth; on the east by lands of the Estate of Alice Harper, deceased; on the south by lands assigned to the said Willie Adams, Sam Adams and Janie Bell Adams Davis in said partition, the division lines having been surveyed by Oliver Johnson, Surveyor, on or about November, 1968, which line commences on line of lands, formerly of Lloyd Davis, more recently of Feaster, now of U.S. Plywood Champion, and runs thence N 81 ½ degrees E 37.80 chains to line of lands of the Estate of Lucy Adams, said line having been hacked and marked by the said Oliver Johnson, Surveyor; and on the west by lands of U.S. Plywood Champion and Little Dutchman’s Creek, across which lie lands of the Estate of Preston Paulding, deceased.
Being the identical property he below described property conveyed to Charles Graves, Sr., Willa M. Hall, Ulysses Graves, Charles Graves, Jr., Jeanette G. Allen and Stanley Graves by deed of Sam Adams, Willie Adams and Janie Bell Adams Davis recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Fairfield County December 20, 1971, in Book EF of Deeds at page 43.

TO: THE DEFENDANTS HEREIN, NAMES AND ADDRESSES UNKNOWN, INCLUDING ANY THEREOF WHO MAY BE MINORS OR UNDER OTHER LEGAL DISABILITY, IF ANY, WHETHER RESIDENTS OR NON-RESIDENTS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, AND TO THE NATURAL, GENERAL, TESTAMENTARY GUARDIAN, CONSERVATOR, OR COMMITTEE, OR OTHERWISE, AND TO THE PERSON WITH WHOM THEY MAY RESIDE, IF ANY THERE BE:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Order appointing Jonathan M. Goode, Esquire as Guardian ad Litem Nisi, for all persons whomsoever herein collectively designated as Richard Roe, Defendants herein, names and addresses unknown, including any thereof who may be minors or under other legal disability, whether residents or non-residents of South Carolina, was filed in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Fairfield County on the 11 day of September, 2019.
YOU WILL FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that the said minors or persons under other legal disability, if any, or someone on their behalf or on behalf of any of them, shall within thirty (30) days after service of notice of this Order upon them by publication, exclusive of the day of such service, procure to be appointed for them, or any of them, a Guardian ad Litem to represent them for the purposes of this action, the appointment of said Guardian ad Litem Nisi shall become absolute.
