BLYTHEWOOD – Blythewood film maker Ray Smith is calling for film entries for the second annual Doko Film Fest to be held March 13 and 14 in Blythewood.
“The Fest is open to high school-aged filmmakers from South Carolina and beyond,” Smith said.
