YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to answer the Complaint in this action, a copy of which is herewith served upon you, and to serve a copy of your answer to the said Complaint on the subscriber at his office, Three The Common At Lugoff, Post Office Box 10, Lugoff, South Carolina 29078, within thirty (30) days after service thereof, exclusive of the day of such service; and if you fail to answer the Complaint within the time aforesaid, the Plaintiff in this action will apply to the Court for Judgment by default for the relief demanded in the Complaint.

ORDER APPOINTING GUARDIAN AD LITEM NISI AND ABSOLUTE
On consideration of the foregoing Motion of the Plaintiff praying that David Paul Reuwer, Esquire, be appointed Guardian ad Litem Nisi and Absolute, for all minors, incompetents and unknown persons claiming an interest in the subject real property herein, in the cause of action referenced above, I find that David Paul Reuwer, Esquire is a member of the South Carolina Bar in good standing, well known to this Court; has no conflicts of interest in this matter; and who has given his consent to be so appointed.
IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, that David Paul Reuwer, Esquire, be, and he hereby is, appointed Guardian ad Litem Nisi and should no other person appear and object, said appointment shall become absolute, and as attorney to represent the interest of all minors, incompetents and unknown persons claiming an interest in the subject real property in the action referenced above.
