Sneed, Jill Sneed,and Christina Myers, as joint tenants with the right of survivorship, which deed was recorded on August 21, 2006 in Deed Book 797 at Page 179; thereafter, Jill Sneed died on July 7, 2016, leaving John D. Sneed and Christina Myers as owners of the subject property by right of survivorship.
