BLYTHEWOOD – Councilman Donald Brock presented a Proclamation of Recognition to Mayor Pro Tem Andrea Fripp during last week’s town council meeting in honor of her graduation on June 2 from Leadership Columbia, the signature leadership program of the Columbia Chamber of Commerce.
