WINNSBORO — Fortune Springs Park pool is officially open for the summer, with both public swim hours and structured swimming lessons planned.
Located at 451 Fortune Spring Drive in Winnsboro, the pool operates Tuesday through Sunday. On weekdays, adult swim is scheduled from noon to 1 p.m.; then general public swimming is open from 1 to 5 p.m. During the weekend, the pool is open from 1 to 5 p.m. on Saturdays, and 2 to 5 p.m. on Sundays. The daily admission fee is $3.
In addition to open swimming, two sessions of swimming lessons are available for ages 5 and up. The first session ends June 18, but the second session is scheduled for July 6-17. Two time slots are available for attendees: 5:30 to 6:15 p.m. or 6:30 to 7:15 p.m.
