WINNSBORO – Fairfield County Council recognized Grier Hensley as the recipient of the South Carolina Association of Counties 2019 Board of Directors Scholarship during their Monday night meeting on June 10. Hensley was the 2019 Valedictorian at Richard Winn, 2019 class president and she was crowned Miss Richard Winn Academy her senior year.
