Scotties Café & Grill celebrates 9 years

Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott showed up with several of his deputies on Nov. 17 to celebrate 9 years of eating at and protecting Scotties Café & Grill. Scottie served a free lunch buffet, gave out gift cards and kids enjoyed bounce houses.
