WINNSBORO – Fairfield Central faced off with Lower Richland High School on April 26. The Griffins fell to the Diamond Hornets with an 11-0 final. Fairfield did not make the 3A state playoffs, which started on May 3.

Griffins Take Down Keenan

Fairfield Central softball took down Keenan 18-6 in last Tuesday’s meeting. Griffin baseball also defeated Keenan in back-to-back games last week. Fairfield Central took game one with a 19-4 final and game two by 14-0.

Griffins fall to Mid-Carolina

The Griffins hosted Mid-Carolina for a conference game last week. The Griffin boys fell 0-11 to the Rebels, while the Griffin girls lost 1-14. Girls soccer is scheduled to take on Eau Claire next Monday at home and then will travel to Eau Claire on Thursday.

Griffins Sting Diamond Hornets

COLUMBIA – Fairfield Central took down Lower Richland High School last Tuesday. The Griffins topped the Diamond Hornets 11-1 in the conference bout.  The Griffins are set to play a series against Keenan next week after returning from Spring Break. Fairfield will travel to Keenan on April 13 and host the Raiders on April 16.
