COLUMBIA – The Blythewood JROTC Bengal Battalion worked with two other JROTC programs on March 5 to acquire all the necessary resources to prepare 20,000 instant oatmeal meals with Harvest Pack, a humanitarian, hunger-relief, nonprofit organization.
