WINNSBORO – Members of Richard Winn Academy’s senior class planted a Dogwood tree earlier this month for Arbor Day and in remembrance of former RWA coach Bradley Oates. The tree, which was planted on the school grounds, was donated by The Fairfield Soil & Water Conservation District.
