BLYTHEWOOD – The Blythewood Athletic Department had our first spring signing day on February 5 and celebrated the college decisions of 3 Bengal athletes.
Micaela Cross, daughter of Branay Boykins and Michael Cross, signed to run cross country at Columbia College. Micaela was a member of the Region Championship team in the fall and is coached by Aleshia Taylor.
Jordan Hardy, son of Brian and Laura Hardy, signed with Erskine College to play golf. Jordan is a 2x All Region selected and competed in the State Championship as an individual in 2024. Jordan is coached by Brent Silvia. Additionally, Jordan is a two-time member of the Bengal Captain Class.
Grant Paolucci, son of Ryan and Amy Paolucci, signed with The United States Military Academy at West Point to play golf. Grant is a 2X All State golfer and serves as the captain of the golf team. Grant is coached by Brent Silvia. Additionally, Grant is a three-year member of the school’s athletic leadership development groups.
