WINNSBORO – The Town of Winnsboro has hired Laura Culler as the new Director of Finance.
Culler has been Director of Finance for the Town of Chapin for 8 years prior to taking the Winnsboro position. She was with the McNair Law Firm for 21 years prior to that.
She hold a Bachelor’s degree from Presbyterian College, with a double major in business administration and accounting.
Married, Culler is mother to two boys: Jackson, a freshman at Clemson University, and Davis, a freshman at Chapin High School.
“We’re excited to welcome Laura to our team,” said Town Manager Chris Clauson. “With her extensive background in finance and commitment to public service, she will be a valuable asset as we continue to work towards a vibrant and financially sound future for our town.”
