Judy Ann Justice, 82, of Winnsboro passed away on Saturday, August 24, 2024. Born in Madison, WV, she was the daughter of the late Zernie Evan and Elsie Harmon Bias.
She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Robert Lee Justice, Sr.; sons, Robert (Kim) Justice, Jr. and Chuck (Valenica) Justice; daughter, Anita Hicks; sister, Connie Gibson (Dennis); five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Judy is predeceased by two brothers, Johnny Ray Bias and Jerry Bias.
Everyone who knew Judy felt her radiant personality as soon as she entered the room. Her smile felt like a warm hug and would always lift your spirits. She loved her family and friends and was deeply loved by them.
A private graveside service will be held at Fairfield Memorial Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Judy’s memory to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
