Woman arrested for financial crimes related to Fairfield County Library

WINNSBORO – A Winnsboro woman, Tiffany Monique Boulware, 42, has been arrested for financial crimes that related to her prior employment at the Fairfield County Library.

On June 3, 2024, a representative of the Fairfield County Library filed an incident report with the Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office alleging that financial crimes had been committed by Boulware while she was employed at the library, between January 2023 and January 2024.

Upon further investigation, investigators developed information that led to obtaining warrants for Boulware for Financial Transaction Card Fraud and Breach of Trust with Fraudulent Intent.

On Wednesday, June 26, 2024, Boulware turned herself in at the Fairfield County Detention Center where she was officially arrested on these charges. She has since been released on a Personal Recognizance Bond.

This investigation by the Fairfield County Sheriff’s department is ongoing.
