GREENVILLE – Fairfield Central’s boys’ soccer team dropped its first round game of the SCHSL Upper State tournament to Greenville Technical Charter High School on Monday.
The Griffins fell 13-1 to end their playoff run in the single-elimination tournament.
The Griffin girls’ team met a similar fate on Tuesday when they faced top-seeded Christ Church Episcopal High School to open tournament play. The Cavaliers eliminated Fairfield with an 11-0 final.
