BLYTHEWOOD – Blythewood girls’ tennis team ran their Region 3 record to 7-0 last week with wins over stout Clover and Nation Ford teams.
Blythewood defeated region rival Clover on Thursday with a dominating 5-1 win.
The Bengals traveled to Rock Hill for another conference match on Tuesday.
Blythewood has two matches remaining in their regular season schedule. They host Spring Valley tonight at 5:30 for their final conference match this season. They’ll host Brookland-Cayce next Tuesday to close out the season.
With top spot in region play, Blythewood will open the SCHSL Upper State bracket on Oct. 19 at home against Region 1’s fourth seed.
