The construction next to the district office can only indicate the start of the proposed housing for teachers and first responders.
Why is this necessary? Did every exit interview for every departing teacher say they left because they could not find housing? I doubt it.
Why are we not reclaiming the derelict homes in town and rebuilding our village? There is already infrastructure there in place.
Teachers and first responders should live amongst the town people they serve, not in a private, separate community. Please unite our town, not sectionalize it.
