BLYTHEWOOD – A win over Nation Ford High School on Friday put the Blythewood girls’ soccer team at 6-3 on the season.
The 2-1 defeat of the Falcons was the Bengals’ third last week. They took down AC Flora with a 2-0 final on March 15 and Fort Mill in a 4-2 region win on March 14.
Blythewood’s only losses of the season have come at the hands of Indian Land (twice, 4-1 and 2-1) and Catawba Ridge (1-0).
The Bengals sit at 2-0 in region play. They faced current first-place region foe Clover (3-0) in an away match on Tuesday, but scores were not available at press time.
The Bengals will travel to Rock Hill on Friday.
