WINNSBORO – Both Griffin teams ended their seasons with back-to-back losses to dominant Keenan High School teams last week.
The boys end the season with a 2-22 overall record and a 1-7 region record.
The Fairfield Central girls (10-12) finished 2-6 in Region 4-2A. The No. 3 Griffins played at No.2 Strom Thurmond Wednesday, but scores were not available at press time. The winner plays the No.4 Newberry at No.1 Blacksburg winner Friday.
