BLYTHEWOOD – Blythewood Town Council voted unanimously Monday night to approve a new shade structure for the Doko Park playground.
The winning bid was $34,735 submitted by Grace Construction Group.
The other bids were Barr’s Recreation ($34,863.07), Churchich Recreation ($42,791), Bliss Products ($41,462.48) and Cunningham Recreation ($25,463.40).
The shade will be constructed over the largest piece of equipment on the playground.
