Whatever happened to progress with the proposed water treatment plant? The “settlement” will soon be a year old, yet it hasn’t move ahead.
But that’s ok, who needs to attract new industry, retail, and residential development when we are on track to get another empty rec center with a basketball court, which is next to a fancy trash dump? BTW, has that Ridgeway rec center next to the dump been cleared by DHEC yet?
But that’s still ok, since there are plenty of other options for industrial, retail, and residential developers elsewhere in the state.
The important question is, however, will those other states and counties have a basketball building next to a trash center?
