BLYTHEWOOD – Blythewood honored swim seniors Ariyana Long, Paul Navis, Abby Kaczynski, Ashleigh Alexander, Brayden Russell, Connor McDonald, pictured with Coach Nichole Smith, right, at Tuesday’s meet against Rock Hill. Both Bengal teams won.
The boys defeated Rock Hill 128-29 and the girls won 119-49. Both teams won all three relays.
Swimmers who won their individual events: Conan Gust in the 200 free and 100 back, Russell in the 200 IM and 100 breast, Sarah Axtell in the 200 IM and 100 fly, Long in the 50 free, Parker Repka in the 50 free, Noah Brown in the 100 fly, Claire Whitney in the 100 free, McDonald in the 100 free, Ayla Palmer in the 400 free, Christian Newton in the 400 free, Whitney Moody in the 200 free and 100 back, and Hailey Loibl in the 100 breaststroke.
