COLUMBIA – If you have wanted to become a certified barbeque judge, a training seminar has been set for Saturday, Aug. 7, in Columbia.
The training, sponsored by the S.C. Barbeque Association, will be held starting at 10 a.m. at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 1715 Bull Street, Columbia, SC.
The cost to attend is $50 per person and includes lunch prepared by a SCBA Pitmasters. You must be a current member of the SCBA in order to attend. An individual membership is $45 and $60 for a family membership.
