COLUMBIA – From coordinating face masks to a room full of crowns, Westwood High School’s 2021 prom looked different in many ways from their previous proms. Held at the R2i2 library in Sandhills, attendees hit the dance floor for a good time. Because of a lack of votes from a partly virtual student-body, Westwood did not crown a Prom King and Queen. Instead, Sharon Johnson, a teacher at Westwood, distributed her own crowns to attendees. It may have been different, but it was still a night to remember.
