After finishing the regular season with a 8-3 record, Blythewood boys lacrosse earned a three-seed in the South Carolina High School League’s 5A State Playoffs and faced two-seeded St. James in the first round on Tuesday. Blythewood took a first round win with a 21-17 final to advance and face the winner of Lexington/River Bluff on April 22.
Blythewood girls lacrosse earned a four-seed in the SCHSL 5A State playoffs and faced Wando in the first round on Tuesday. The Bengal girls fell 2-19 to top-seeded Wando to end the season.
