BLYTHEWOOD – For the past ten years, Blythewood Presbyterian Church has gathered outside on Christmas Eve for worship, encouragement and fellowship – Christmas Eve in the Fields.
This year, Christmas Eve in the Fields will again be outdoors, but with a few COVID-19 modifications: there is plenty of space at 441 Rimer Pond Road to appropriately social distance; no cookies or hot drinks will be served; no fires (so as to not encourage close lingering); and instead of passing a flame from candle to candle, glow sticks will be used to light up the gathering at the end of the service.
Celebrate with Blythewood Presbyterian on Thursday, Dec. 24 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Bring a chair & and a hot beverage, dress appropriately and check @blythewoodpres on Facebook for rain forecast updates by Wednesday, Dec. 23 by 6:30 p.m.
