YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to answer the Complaint herein, a copy of which is herewith served upon you, and to serve a copy of your Answer to said Complaint on the subscriber at Post Office Box 488, Winnsboro, South Carolina 29180, within thirty (30) days from the service thereof, exclusive of the date of such service; and if you fail to answer the Complaint within the time aforesaid, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action has been or will be commenced by the Plaintiffs above named against the Defendants above named to quiet title to the following described premises, said real estate, being at the time of the filing of this Lis Pendens, situate in the County of Fairfield, State of South Carolina, and described as follows, to wit:
All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land lying, being and situate in the County of Fairfield, State of South Carolina, containing one hundred two (102) acres, more or less, and being bounded, now or formerly, northerly by lands of William L. Roseborough; easterly by lands of E.L. Stevenson, Jr. and J.B. Frazier, III, known as the Robert English tract; and southerly and westerly by lands of Hentz.
This being the same property conveyed to Will English by deed of Wade B. Jackson recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Fairfield County on March 31, 1928 in Deed Book “BM” at page 458.

TO THE DEFENDANTS ABOVE-NAMED:
YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the original Summons and Complaint in the above entitled action were filed in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Fairfield County, South Carolina, on the 23rd day of August, 2019, the object and prayer of which is to quiet title to real property located in Fairfield County, South Carolina, and for other relief as set forth in the Complaint.
NOTICE OF ORDER APPOINTING GUARDIAN AD LITEM NISI
TO: THE DEFENDANTS HEREIN, NAMES AND ADDRESSES UNKNOWN, INCLUDING ANY THEREOF WHO MAY BE MINORS OR UNDER OTHER LEGAL DISABILITY, IF ANY, WHETHER RESIDENTS OR NON-RESIDENTS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, AND TO THE NATURAL, GENERAL, TESTAMENTARY GUARDIAN OR COMMITTEE, PERSONS IN THE MILITARY OR OTHERWISE, AND TO THE PERSON WITH WHOM THEY MAY RESIDE, IF ANY THERE BE:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Order appointing Carol A. Tolen, Esquire, of Winnsboro, South Carolina, as Guardian ad Litem Nisi, for all persons unknown to Plaintiff who might have, or claim to have, some interest in or claim to the real estate which is the subject of this action, designated in the Compliant as John Doe and Richard Roe, the same being fictitious names used as the true names of such persons as are unknown to the Plaintiff, parties defendant, as representatives of all unknown persons claiming any right, title, interest and estate in, or lien upon the real estate involved in this action and that some of the unknown defendants are or may be minors or under other legal disability, including any thereof who may be minors or under other legal disability, whether residents or non-residents of South Carolina, was filed in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Fairfield County on the 5th day of May, 2020.
YOU WILL FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that unless the said minors or persons under other legal disability, if any, or someone on their behalf or on behalf of any of them, shall within thirty (30) days after service of notice of this order upon them by publication, exclusive of the day of service, procure to be appointed for them, or either of them, a Guardian ad Litem to represent them for purposes of this action, the Plaintiff will apply for an order making the appointment of said Guardian ad Litem Nisi absolute.
