WINNSBORO – Construction work on the Mt. Zion Institute continues. The building is being renovated for use as a new county administration complex. The former gymnasium and auditorium have now been cleaned out and roof construction is underway.
A ribbon cutting that was scheduled for March 28 has been postponed due to coronavirus restrictions and will be rescheduled when those restrictions are lifted.
