The Blythewood Middle School Lady Chargers recently finished their undefeated season by claiming the 2020 Metro City Classic Championship over the weekend after defeating Southeast and Saluda Trails middle schools. Their perfect 14-0 season also included the 2020 Richland District Two Middle School Basketball Championship title.
Gabby Hollis (3) was named as the girls Metro City Classic Tournament MVP. Coached by Kirsten Baker and Arthur Osborne, the Chargers are: Chase Thomas, India Williams, Amarria Weeks, Lucia Bailey, Shamarie Hayes, Eva Pendleton, Gabby Hollis, Camillea Gore, Megan Ellington, Zy’Aira Holder, Asia Kirkpatrick, Madison Brown, Lauren Jacobs, Blu Martin, Madison Thomas.
