I thank you for having the guts to report this horrible animal abuse! Many people are not aware unless the news media reports these abuses. This solicitor needs to be replaced, he has allowed animal abuse to continue without punishment to the owners! Hopefully, the people of Fairfield County will not be silent and get the Humane Society and PETA involved in stopping this continuation in their county!
Animals don’t have a voice, so it’s the voice of the people that is needed!!!
