WINNSBORO – Fairfield Central Tennis defeated region foe Catawba Ridge on Oct. 10. The win moves the Griffins to 8-2 on the season with losses only from region-leader Camden High School.
Fairfield will wrap up the regular season with a senior day match against Indian Land on Oct. 17. The Griffins await seeding for State, but look to host their first match of the 3A playoffs at home on Oct. 23.
