L&J Acquisitions, LLC (L&J) remains interested in procuring Blythewood Country Club (formerly The Windermere Club); however, it’s with deep regret that the group has paused the required due diligence at this time. L&J is simply reconsidering its approach towards the acquisition of the club and associated facilities, said company President, Jorge Martinez.
L&J has managed the facility since early August, and hosted an open house on August 23, to find the attendance and community support humbling, continued Martinez, further saying the evening resulted in new memberships and overall growing interest in the re-branding of the club and proposed atmosphere and aesthetic changes to the clubhouse.
Martinez concluded by saying, pursuit of the club will continue, along with our good working relationship with neighboring property owners association President, Rob Szwec.
