Douglas aka Jimmy Ray Douglas, I, the undersigned Special Referee for Fairfield County, will sell on July 9, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. at the Fairfield County Courthouse in Winnsboro, South Carolina, to the highest bidder, the following described property, to-wit: The land referred to herein is situated in the State of SC, County of Fairfield, City of Winnsboro and described as follows: Containing 17,576 square feet, more or less, and being particularly shown as Lot #8 upon that certain Plat prepared by W.D. Should the successful bidder fail or refuse to make the required deposit at time of bid or comply with the other terms of the bid within thirty (30) days, then the Special Referee may resell the property on the same terms and conditions (at the risk of the said defaulting bidder).
