RIDGEWAY – Ridgeway Was Wonderful! on Saturday when the community turned out for a picnic in the park. There were bounce houses, food vendors, free stuff, face painting, prizes and games. Town Councilman Don Prioleau emceed and deejayed to the delight of those attending. “The day exemplified our unofficial slogan – Ridgeway is Wonderful,” Mayor Heath Cookendorfer said. “After two tries at doing this, the weather was finally perfect and I think everyone had a great time.”
