WINNSBORO – Ryan Sharpe, left, Heath Caldwell and Cheryl Caldwell presented 2019 Jenni Sharpe Memorial Scholarships to Hannah Gibbons, left center, and Caleigh Caldwell at Richard Winn’s graduation on May 16. Sharpe will also present the scholarship to Fairfield Central seniors at Class Night on June 5.
