IRMO – Blythewood notched their fifth conference win of the season on Tuesday against Irmo. Senior Paddy Orr and freshman Terry Watson scored the only goals for the Bengals in the 2-0 route of the Yellow Jackets.
Jackson Gouvin shut out Irmo with eight saves in eight shots on goal.
The Bengals fell in a tight 1-0 contest to Fort Mill on Wednesday. Gouvin had 11 saves on the night.
They host Sumter on Friday for their second meeting of the season. In their first game, the Bengals shut out the Fighting Gamecocks 4-0.
