BLYTHEWOOD – Jerry Rega, owner of Regal Prints, was named Business Person of the Year; Susan DeMarco’s Sweet Pea’s Ice Cream Parlor was named Small Business of the Year and Phil Frye received the Community Service Award of the Year during the Blythewood Chamber of Commerce’s third annual Mingle & Jingle Awards Gala on Dec. 7.
