NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BEFORE THE FAIRFIELD COUNTY COUNCIL
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the law, Fairfield County Council will conduct a public hearing on the 10th day of December, 2018, 6:00 P.M., in the Council Chambers, Fairfield County Governmental Complex, 350 Columbia Road, Winnsboro, South Carolina.
The purpose of this public hearing is to provide for public comment concerning the adoption of an Ordinance Authorizing the Execution and Delivery of a Fee in Lieu of Ad Valorem Taxes and Incentive Agreement to an Economic Development Project Located in Fairfield County; the Execution and Delivery of Documents Necessary to Effectuate the Intent of this Ordinance; and Other Related Matters.
