Senior Janelle Green picked up a win in her final regular season match as a Griffin.
WINNSBORO – Tuesday night was senior night for the Fairfield Central Griffins tennis and volleyball programs. The tennis team swept through Indian Land with ease with a perfect 6-0 win over Indian Land. Jacia Green, Ashanti Thompson, Krishayla Boyd, Charisse Trapp and seniors Janelle Green, above with flowers, all picked up wins in singles competition. Jacia Green and Sylvanie Johnson capped off the night with a win in doubles.
Griffins volleyball dropped their contest in three sets by the scores 7-25, 7-25, 8-25. Pictured below, the volleyball team honors Adriana Ashford, senior manager for the team.
