WINNSBORO – After 50 years of coming to the aid of their fellow community members, the Fairfield County Rescue Squad, along with friends and family, celebrated their work. Organized in 1968, the members of the rescue organization spent Saturday at Drawdy Park demonstrating some of the work they do and the machinery they do it with. The group now numbers 35.
