BLAIR – Beloved husband, father, and grandfather, Mr. Andrew Franklin Blair, Jr. 89, of Blair passed away on Tuesday, July 10, 2018. Born in Blair, he was the son of the late Andrew Franklin and Ruby Coleman Blair. Sr.

He is survived by his wife of nineteen years, Lee Ona DeHart Blair; two sons, Andrew Franklin “Dru” Blair, III. and Michael Cameron Blair; four grandchildren, Alexis Cameron Blair, Samantha Nichole Blair, Olivia Coleman Blair, and William Michael Preston “Liam” Blair; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Frank is predeceased by two brothers, Robert Coleman Blair, Sr. and Lawrence William Blair; and one sister, Patricia Blair Ligon.
He was a Long-time member of Salem Presbyterian Church. Artist, craftsman, genealogist, family historian, and Korean War veteran.
Memorial services will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, July 14, 2018 at Salem Presbyterian Church conducted by Reverend Richard Hodges. The family will receive friends after the service in the church fellowship hall.
