BLYTHEWOOD – Blythewood Bengals basketball standout Robert Braswell made the announcement Sunday that come this fall he will be taking his talents to college basketball powerhouse Syracuse University. Braswell selected to play for Syracuse Hall-of-Famer and national title winning coach Jim Boeheim over Oklahoma State and Massachusetts. Braswell averaged 15 points, eight rebounds, two steals and two assists per game, earned All-State honors and represented South Carolina in the Carolinas Classic All-Star game.
