COLUMBIA – This weekend at the Bojangles Track and Field Classic, the Westwood Redhawks 4x100M brought home gold and, in the process, set a new state record. The team of Torran Goings, Dermonti Romney, Montre Miller and Trini Feggett clocked a 40.96, and nearly finished an entire second ahead of second place Fayette County. The Fairfield Central Griffins 4x100M relay team finished in ninth.
Blythewood’s Robert Braswell took home sixth place in the High Jump, and Nick Rogers also claimed sixth in the shot put.
