This Mortgage was assigned to Bankers Trust Company of California, N.A. as Trustee for the Asset Backed Securities Corporation Long Beach Home Equity Loan Trust 2000-LB1 by assignment dated March 22, 2002 and recorded May 13, 2002 in Book 544 at Page 25; Subsequently, this Mortgage was assigned to Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, formerly known as Banker Trust Company of California, N.A., as Trustee for Asset Backed Securities Corporation Long Beach Home Equity Loan Trust 2000-LB1 by assignment dated March 8, 2004 and recorded September 20, 2007 in Book 867 at Page 213. This Loan is subject to a Loan Modification Agreement dated June 1, 2007 and recorded September 20, 2007 in Book 867 at Page 217: also by Loan Modification Agreement dated December 1, 20008 and recorded April 3, 2009 in Book 948 at Page 70.
