WINNSBORO – Ms. Sheila Marie Costenbader, 61, of Winnsboro passed away on Sunday, December 31, 2017. Born in Lehighton, PA, she was the daughter of the late Donald James and Rosemarie Taschler Eckley.
She is survived by her two sons, Heath Costenbader (Miriam), and Matthew Costenbader; daughter, Melissa Clemmons; brother, Donald James Eckley (Cheryl); sister, Robin Buss (Warren); three grandchildren, Austin and Sally Costenbader, and Haley Clemons; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm Friday, January 5, 2017 at Lebanon Presbyterian Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour before the service in the church fellowship hall.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lebanon Presbyterian Church, 8002 Newberry Road in Winnsboro or to the Lake Wateree VFW Post 8346, 74 Veterans Drive, Ridgeway SC 29130.
