BLYTHEWOOD – The success for the Bengals’ volleyball program continues to pour in. Not only are the Bengals rolling with a nine-game win streak, but one of their stars, Gabby Waden has been named as the WLTX player of the week.
Waden, a budding D-1 player, was honored as a member of The State’s All-Midlands Volleyball Team and was their Midlands Volleyball Player of the Year. This year, she has already been named the Region Player of the Year and is slated to receive All-State honors for the third consecutive year.
Maxpreps has Waden listed as the tenth ranked prospect in the state of South Carolina, and she inside the top 500 in the nation.
